I have two wonderful quarter horses that I want to place in an excellent home. They are approx. 16 years old and truly bomb proof. My husband and I rode trail and hunted on them. They are both barefoot and have been for 5 years. I do all my own trimming. Please see the attached photos. These horses would be great for “his and hers” trail horses, a therapeutic riding program or lesson horses. I will only consider a home that has proof of financial stability, shelter, and turn out space/pasture. I have all the gear including saddles, bitless bridles, snaffles, and a 3 horse slant horse trailer. I will take best offer on the gear.

What a lovely pair of trail horses. Are they ridden on a regular schedule? Do they go out on the trail with no shoes?
Do they have any lamness or medical problems, now or in the past? Sorry for the questions but we think of horses as our family, and would plan to keep them through their remaining life.My family all rides, my daughter is 11 yrs old and has a pony, my husband likes to ride but would like a quiet well mannered trail horse, and myself I have a huge 17 hand dressage warmblood which is to big for the trail. We have 35 acreas fenced for horses, with large pastures divided up with overhangs in each. We also have a barn which I only bring the horses in if the weather is really bad. I use natural horsemanship training, you can ask Lola we go to the same clinic’s, Harry Whitney, Mark Rashid they are both very good horseman. Drop me an email and let me know more about your horses? Do they have any professional training or have they been to any clinic’s? Tell me about your trail riding experiences? I am in my 50’s now and would like to downsize to quiet trail riding horses.

We have been looking for solid minded horses to ride, on trail, we are looking to relocate to Montana where my husband is now living, I am still here until our place sells. We have 11 acres and have horses, we are finacially fine and have pastures and pen/paddocks. Our horses are older as well, but my husbands mount Jack is now 27 years old and we only lightly ride him for mild exercise purposes only, he looks like he is 15. My husband needs a new horse that will take him safely on trail like his old companion would of. If you want to contact us, as the horses would have to be a good fit for us as well as us for them.
